THis place felt somewhat past it best period. The rooftop bar was not well utilized and the service was average. The Jacuzzi was nice but not private (ok though since the rooftop bar was not occupied). The staff were not very helpful except for one delightful lady staff member who really bent over backwards to help - wish I knew her name - Thankyou!

room very small, no place to lay anything. Kettle available for making coffee, but you would have to do this on the floor,. shower good have to lower a plastic screen for privacy as the toilet and shower is separated with plain transparent glass also very small.

Everything about the hotel was just amazing. The rooms, the views. We had room service on our first night and it was really reasonable. The staff went over and above to help. The lady on reception even sent me WhatsApp messages with updates on the weather and when we should visit Fansipan
